Transfer and Release Policies !
In an effort to maintain comparable competition and the strength of all zone programs the EYBA and its board of directors have mandated players must play in their respective geographical zone, thus ensuring each zone is able to service people from their own community before taking imports.
Each zone has created a transfer / release request package. This package is password protected and for any player looking to transfer to an outside zone. You must first register with the zone you reside in and it is at the discretion of both your home and receiving zone whether or not you will be granted release / import.
THIS PACKAGE IS PART OF THE REQUEST PROCESS ONLY.
In order to obtain the password to this request package you must first complete the request form below. Upon completion of the form you will be provided with a password to the "Transfer Request Package"
Once you have completed the form and received your password you will find the "Transfer Package" with all the other packages on the Parkland Registration Page.
Please familiarize yourself with the EYBA transfer and release policies, EYBA rulebook, under section 3.17 to 3.32.4
Please note: Completing the form and registering for this package does not guarantee a release from your home zone, each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to various factors such as registration numbers, program needs, and reason for request.
**Each request has a $50.00 non-refundable application fee.**
Timeline to Process each request will vary:
- Timing of request
- Whether or not registration is full in the respective age category
- Whether or not tryout and evaluation dates have been completed
- Availability of board / committee to review
We will do our best to process in a timely manner.
**If granted a transfer for the upcoming season, there are rules that require players to return to their original home zone for any subsequent season and go through the transfer process each year.**
