PLEASE READ BELOW TO STAY INFORMED 

As we get closer to the season starting and registration closing, we are fielding a large amount of questions regarding potential practice and game nights. 

All information has been available on the Website since registration opened.

We can not confirm practice nights until teams are formed and all players are assigned to their coaches. Volunteer coaches choose their practice nights. We have posted potential practice and game nights / days for all divisions on the website. This will also be confirmed when schools are back in session and have approved all gym contracts. Start dates for games and practices are also listed.

There are two areas on the website to find all the information you will need:

1. NEWS REEL

The rotating pictures that slide side to side when you first go on, click on the read more button of any article to get details. This is where we post everything from game & practice schedules, evaluation & tryout nights, to upcoming skills camps, coaching courses, and all the latest important news.

2. MAIN MENU

Click on the menu tab and select your desired category. League and Program Details  is where you can find two charts, one for House League and one for Pride. The charts contain all program details. Including potential practice & game nights. We have a FAQ section that answers many of questions as well. 

COACHES... This is also where we post materials to help you navigate your season and get support for practice plans and drills.

When the season starts you will need to be familiar with the website. Our coaches and team managers will do their best to keep you up to date via email and team handouts. Any information they distribute or get from our executive will always be posted on the website as well.
